    I don’t know enough of the context (the girl’s character, her father’s), but I could also see that meaning he’d eat her food. Maybe I’ve just watched too much Simpsons.

    I’m pretty sure Marvel comics used grey to denote Arab ethnicity for most of the 70s and 80s. The Living Monolith was a role model for a generation. And he owed it all to Russ.

    Hey, I was thinking “How long ago was Jinx published” and “Wow, a non-white character must’ve been progressive at the time…” Didn’t care that the coloring was weird…
