  1. LegionCub says:

Why would Phantom Girl, Shrinking Violet, & Triplicate Girl want to be in Lois’ fan club anyway?

  2. Sea-of-Green says:

Lois always was a lousy reporter.

  3. Isaac says:

For some reason when I glanced at the comic the first time, I saw the first girl’s name as “Syphilis Groves.”

Which is, coincidentally, the name of Lana Lang’s trailer park.

  4. Dorian says:

LegionCub–It was either that or listen to Cosmic Boy and Ultra Boy talk about Magno Ball all day.

  5. Sleestak says:

They forgot it’s all about Lois!

  6. Sallyp says:

Boy is she strict! It would be interesting to know if any of the rejected three went onto a life of crime, due to Lois’s cruel rejection.

  7. Are we sure they aren’t just aspects of Lois’ own personality, unleashed by the effects of Red Kryptonite? I’m certain she’d sported all three of those hairstyles by the time this story was published.

  8. David says:

Yeah, ARE they those 3 Legionnaires? The color schemes seem to make it a dead giveaway too…

  9. David says:

Oh, I’m an idiot, of course they have to be… P.G., S.V., and T.G. Duh.
