Racial sensitivity in comics, vis-a-vis Bugs Bunny:


Bugs is in China, but he’s being charged in Japanese currency, all for the sake of a pun.


Curiously, only the bad guy is incapable of pronouncing his “R”s.


Ah, a Chinese laundry…of course.

After defeating the villain through the clever use of the trompe l’oeil technique, we get the punchline:
